Life On Life Mentoring
A mentor is paired with a student (typically 4th or 5th grader) to walk alongside them in a mutually transforming relationship until the student graduates high school.
Mentors spend an average of 5 hours per month with their student, not following any specific curriculum but simply incorporating their lives together in a way that fosters discipleship and mutual growth.
Life Group Mentoring
A mentor invests 45 minutes weekly for 8 weeks teaching character development in small group format. We partner with local schools to build relationships with and introduce valuable life lessons to 4th and 5th grade students.
Launchprep
Launchprep provides career- curriculum to high school students, exposing them to the mentor’s industry and providing support as the student steps foot into the workforce. The Launchprep platform is currently being piloted at a partner school as well as with some of our older Life on Life students.
Launchpad
(Future) Our vision for a wholistic residential apprenticeship program for 18-24 year olds that equips them for the jobs that companies desperately need today. The details and logistics of this platform are still being developed, with Launchprep serving as an active pilot of Launchpad's core curriculum.
