You will be matched with a 4th or 5th grade student, with the expectation of mentoring them for at least 2 years, one mentoring session per month.
Our goal is for your formal mentorship to sprout into a deep friendship that lasts throughout high school and beyond.

As a mentor, you will relate to your student in a variety of ways. Sometimes, you'll feel like a teacher. Often, you'll feel like a family member. And always, you should feel like an advocate and friend.

It's not possible to be an Aspire mentor without community.
As a mentor, we will support you with regular check-in calls and meetings, quarterly events and hang-out opportunities with other mentors and students, and regular prayer for your success.
